I bring to your sight the needs and troubles I have

and ask your help in all I share .

Mother of the night

As I wait for morning to come

I hope tomorrow would bring an answer to prayer .

Mother of the night

I place candlelight at your feet

and hope that you would remember the things I’ve said .

Mother of the night ,

protect me  against any evil

that would attack me as I lay in my bed .

Mother of the night

bring me safely to the light of the morning

and be ever near me every day .

Queen of heaven and earth ,

Because you are so good

I know you’ll always find a way .
