You weep for those who are suffering .

Mother of tears

You are always so understanding

Mother of tears

Help those abused by people with greed   .

Mother of tears

sorrow bears the fruit of those in need .

Mother of tears

Blessed are those who receive your grace .

Mother of tears

May we always see your loving face .

Mother of tears

You see all the things we cannot bear .

I come to speak to you 

But find there is nothing to say .

Mother of silence ,

I am lost without words

and struggling to find my way .

Mother of silence ,

It feels like a dark night of the soul

has descended down .

 Mother of silence ,

I know that you are there

even when I don’t hear a sound
