for those who cry to be heard

open the ears of those who refuse to hear .

 

 

Mother of freedom

for those are abused

open a way for them to walk away from fear .

 

 

Mother of freedom

for those who cannot speak

give them a voice so others can know what they feel.

 

 

Mother of freedom

for those who have been deeply hurt

help them to find the time they need to heal .

 

 

Mother of freedom

for those who hide their emotions

may they find a way to let their tears flow .

 

Mother of freedom

for those imprisoned

by guilt lead them to a place where they can let it go .
